Megan Satterlee

Chief Executive Officer

Megan combines a unique combination of big picture vision and logical thinking resulting in the introduction of new technologies and innovative solutions which ensures customers achieve the best experiences and outcomes. With 22 years at VanRan Communications, Megan has held executive and management positions in Sales, Engineering, Operations and Business Development. She is currently President of VanRan.

Megan is an explorer at heart as evidenced by her travels, cooking, sports and business. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Mathematics and Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Cryptocurrency has been a personal hobby of Megan's for the past 5 years however she is excited to bring the business aspect of cryptocurrency mining to light, making mining easy for all!

Danny Nieves

Chief Technology Officer

Danny maintains over 20 years of expertise across the technology and telecommunications industries. His professional per-view spans roles overseeing complex projects, new avenues of technology utilization to deployments considered too difficult or wholly stalled. Danny has evolved his professional focus since working in telecommunications from consulting with Citi Wealth Management, Vonage to overseeing acquisition processes of Legg Mason (into Smith Barney). He brings a wealth of knowledge to 'cloud management' having worked around VoIP cloud-based services prior to 'cloud' being coined a term; including official certifications such as virtualization with VMWare (VCP), MCSE and MCP with Microsoft, infrastructure with ITIL, CompTIA, A+, Network+ and Linux+.

Maximilian Soubannarath

Chief Operations Officer

As the CEO of Pro-Max since 2011, Max has managed up to 10 crews working on various home improvement, renovation, new construction and commercial projects. This mutli-million dollar business has polished Max’s skills in critical thinking, problem solving, project management, planning, design, logistics and distribution. Max is a licensed Master Carpenter which allows him to focus on custom detailed work. Pro-Max has been featured on various television shows on HGTV and A&E networks. He has formed business relationships with global manufacturers which will assist us in procurement moving forward.

Max is an outdoor enthusiast and seasoned world traveler. He has competed on American Ninja Warrior and is active in community service helping to build homes with Habitat for Humanity. Max started investing in cryptocurrency back in 2016 and crypto mining back in 2019. He likes to be involved with the latest trends which include minting NFT’s and visiting virtual worlds with the Oculus. Max is excited to bring the world of cryptocurrency to you!
